Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Prepare the Brisket Mixture
Drain brisket and separate slices.
In provided tray, combine corn, hatch green chiles (to taste), brisket, fajita seasoning, salsa (to taste), and 1 Tbsp. water. Spread into an even layer.Cover tray with foil. -
2 Bake Brisket Mixture and Make Guacamole Crema
Bake covered in hot oven until corn and brisket are heated through, 15-18 minutes.
While brisket mixture bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine guacamole (to taste) and sour cream. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. -
3 Heat Tortillas and Finish Meal
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.
Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.To serve, fill tortillas with brisket mixture (to taste). Top with guacamole crema (to taste), cheese, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
