Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine rice, beans, corn, 1 tsp. olive oil, and seasoning blend in provided tray. Spread into an even layer on one side of tray. -
Add the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry.
Add sauce to empty side of tray. Top with shrimp and a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Bake The Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir sour cream into sauce until combined. Garnish entire meal with cheese. Bon appétit!
