Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Carefully massage grain blend in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging.
Combine grain blend, peas, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Push to one side.
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Add chicken to empty side of tray and top evenly with seasoning blend and garlic.
Finish the Dish
Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine demi glace and cream sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until bubbling, 60-90 seconds.
Carefully remove from oven. Top chicken with sauce and grain blend with cheese. Bon appétit!
