Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Carefully massage grain blend in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging.Combine grain blend, peas, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Add chicken to empty side of tray and top evenly with seasoning blend and garlic.

3 Finish the Dish
Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine demi glace and cream sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until bubbling, 60-90 seconds.Carefully remove from oven. Top chicken with sauce and grain blend with cheese. Bon appétit!
