    microwave instructions

    In provided tray add poblano pepper, corn and pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 3 min. Carefully remove tray and uncover. Combine pepper with beef and move to one side, top with cheese sauce . Add rice to empty side of tray and top with 2 Tbsp water. Cover with damp paper towel and microwave on high for 3 min till warmed through. Bon Appetit!

    Oven instructions

    Preheat oven to 375. Place provided tray on baking sheet. In provided tray add poblano pepper, corn and pinch of salt. Cover with foil and bake in hot oven for 10 min. Carefully remove tray and uncover. Combine veg with beef and move to one side, top with cheese sauce . Add rice to empty side of tray, top with 2 Tbsp water. Cover with foil and bake for 10-12 min, warmed through. Bon Appetit!
