Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Bake the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine tomatoes, onions, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe.
Heat Sauce and Add Shrimp
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marinara, 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave, 60 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pasta and sauce. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Drain shrimp thoroughly, then pat dry. Place shrimp on pasta in a single layer.
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Mix well, then rest, 5 minutes.Crush croutons in shipping bag. To serve, top pasta with shredded cheese, crushed croutons, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
