Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Thoroughly combine pasta, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper in provided tray. -
Bake the Dish
Separate steak strips. Top pasta with peas, steak strips, and 1/4 tsp. salt.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until no pink remains on steak strips, 20-22 minutes.If using flank steak, chicken, or shrimp, follow same instructions and bake uncovered in hot oven. Bake flank steak until no pink remains, 20-22 minutes. Bake chicken until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-22 minutes. Bake shrimp until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes. -
Finish the Dish
Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle with seasoning rub.
Tear gouda into pieces and top meal with cream cheese and gouda. Rest until cheese melts, 3-5 minutes.Once rested, stir thoroughly. The longer meal rests, the thicker the sauce will be. Garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
