If using shrimp, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Start the Chicken and Tomatoes
Prick tomatoes with a fork. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.
Pat chicken dry. Season all over with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.Combine chicken, tomatoes, and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.While chicken and tomatoes bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Spinach
Coarsely tear spinach.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Stir in spinach until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until spinach is wilted, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
3 Add Sauce and Pasta and Finish Meal
Stir in cream base, pesto, a pinch of salt, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), pasta, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Uncover and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
