Recipe Steps

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. Reserve lid. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine broccoli, 1 tsp. olive oil, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side of tray.

    Make the Meatballs

    Combine pork, pesto, panko, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in reserved lid. Form into six evenly-sized meatballs. Place meatballs in empty side of tray and top with sauce. If using ground beef or ground turkey, follow same instructions.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes. If using ground beef, follow same instructions. If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Garnish broccoli with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
