Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Bake the Vegetables
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, butternut squash, 2 tsp. olive oil, butter, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Pork Chops
Carefully remove from oven. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Place pork chops in empty side of tray. -
3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Top pork chops with mustard, demi-glace, and crispy onions. Garnish vegetables with almonds. Bon appétit!
