Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Broccoli
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Spray provided tray with cooking spray. Set cream cheese on counter to soften.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.In provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli and spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pesto, garlic and parsley seasoning, shredded cheese, half the panko (remaining is yours to use as you please!), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push broccoli to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Pat chicken breasts dry and add to now-empty side of tray. Top evenly with cheese-panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer chicken to a plate. To serve, stir butter into broccoli until melted and combined. Bon appétit!
