Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    green beans

    heat grill up to 550 degrees. combine green beans, garlic salt, ¼ tsp salt, a pinch of pepper, garlic herb cheese spread and 1 Tbsp of water. seal bag and shake. place bag on grill and cook for 10-12 minutes. flip bag half way through. carefully open bag and add half of parmesan. top with remaining parmesan when plating.

    pork

    mix pesto with mayo and a pinch of salt. crush crispy peppers. season pork with a pinch of salt and pepper. place pork on hot grill. cook for 5-7 minutes per side. remove from grill and let rest. top with mayo pesto mixture. crust with crispy peppers.
