Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Potatoes
Turn oven on to 475 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Set cream cheese on counter to soften.
Drain potatoes.In provided tray, combine potatoes, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and garlic pepper. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and 2/3 the Buffalo sauce (to taste; reserve remaining for garnish).After 15 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven. Reduce oven to 425 degrees.Push potatoes to one side of tray. Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Top chicken evenly with cream cheese mixture, then cheddar cheese and panko. Spray with cooking spray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1 tsp. water. If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir butter into potatoes until melted and combined.To serve, top chicken with remaining Buffalo sauce (to taste) and serve sour cream mixture on the side. Bon appétit!
