Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

    Assemble the Vegetables

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine green beans, cabbage, and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until green beans are slightly tender, 4-6 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave and drain any excess liquid.

    Place vegetables in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and garlic salt. Push to one side. Wipe bowl clean and reserve.

    Add Chicken and Bake Meal

    Spread panko evenly on a plate.

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Evenly spread mayonnaise on one side of chicken. Transfer chicken to plate with panko, mayonnaise-side down, pressing gently to adhere.

    Place chicken in empty side of tray and spray with cooking spray.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    While vegetables and chicken bake, continue recipe.

    Make Sauce and Finish Meal

    In reserved microwave-safe bowl, combine creme fraiche, miso base, 2 tsp. water, and 1 Tbsp. salted butter.

    Microwave uncovered until butter is melted and sauce is heated through, 30-45 seconds.

    Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.

    To serve, top chicken with sauce and garnish vegetables with dressing and sesame seeds. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
