    Make the Sandwich

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Slice pretzel buns, if necessary. Place cheese on bottom bun and toast, 1-2 minutes. Microwave steak strips until warm, 1-2 minutes. Combine mayonnaise and mustard and slather on top bun. Top bottom bun with steak strips, arugula, and top bun. Bon appétit!
