Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Beef 160° F |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Green Beans
In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, mushroom cream sauce, and ½ tsp. salt
Start the Casserole
Transfer mushroom sauce-green bean mixture to prepared casserole dish.
Place casserole dish on prepared baking sheet to catch any drips.
Bake in hot oven until warmed through, 15-20 minutes.
Finish the Casserole
Carefully top casserole with crispy onions.
Bake again until onions are golden brown, 4-6 minutes.
