Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Gratin
Place prepared casserole dish on prepared baking sheet to catch any drips. Place gratin mix in casserole dish.
Start the Gratin
Spray a foil piece with cooking spray. Cover casserole dish with foil, sprayed side down.
Bake gratin in hot oven, 35-40 minutes.
Carefully remove foil. Turn broiler on.
Finish the Gratin
Carefully top gratin with panko.
Place under broiler and broil until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
