  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Medium Oven-Safe Casserole Dish

Before You Cook

    Prepare the Gratin

    Place prepared casserole dish on prepared baking sheet to catch any drips. Place gratin mix in casserole dish.

    Start the Gratin

    Spray a foil piece with cooking spray. Cover casserole dish with foil, sprayed side down. Bake gratin in hot oven, 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove foil. Turn broiler on.

    Finish the Gratin

    Carefully top gratin with panko. Place under broiler and broil until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
