Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    PREPARE THE INGREDIENTS

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine broccoli, ½ tsp salt, and 1 Tbsp olive oil in provided tray. mix well. Bake for 10 minutes.

    ADD CHICKEN

    Remove pan from oven and stir broccoli and push to one side. Add chicken to empty side of tray and top with a pinch of salt and pepper and garlic pepper seasoning packet.

    Continue to bake until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-20 minutes. remove from oven and top broccoli with swiss, allow to rest for 2 minutes. While dish is resting mix sour cream with onion jam and a pinch of salt and pepper. top chicken with onion crema and broccoli with sliced almonds before serving. Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
