Cooking Guidelines

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Separate baguette into pieces.
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/4" dice.Mince garlic. -
2 Make the Bruschetta
Combine tomatoes, half the garlic, seasoning blend, sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Taste, and add remaining garlic if desired. Set aside, at least 10 minutes.
While bruschetta marinates, bake crostini. -
3 Bake Crostini and Finish Dish
Place baguette pieces on prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Top evenly with half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish).
Bake in hot oven until golden brown and cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes.While crostini bake, combine pesto and 2 tsp. olive oil in another mixing bowl.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping crostini with bruschetta, pesto oil, and remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
