Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Make Slaw

    Mix slaw, rice vinegar, and .25 tsp of salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

    Cut Potatoes. Make Miso Mixture

    Cut potatoes across the width and into wedges. Combine miso and 1 tsp olive oil in a mixing bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper all over. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

    Make Turkey Burgers

    Combine ground turkey and seasoning blend in a mixing bowl. Form into patties. Saute in a medium pan with 1 tsp of olive oil until browned and cooked through.

    Make Chili Garlic Mayo

    Combine chili garlic sauce with mayo. Stir.

    Assemble

    Spread half of the chili garlic mayo on top bun. Add turkey patty to bottom bun and top with slaw mixture. Use remaining mayo mixture for dipping sauce.
