Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Rice
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In provided tray, combine rice , 3/4 cup water, and a pinch of salt. Cover tray with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven until water is absorbed, 8-10 minutes. -
2 Add the Edamame and Pork
Carefully remove tray from oven. Fluff rice. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Stir in edamame and a pinch of salt.
Break up pork into small pieces. Top rice with pork and spread into an even layer.Top with garlic sesame sauce and brown sugar. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Gently stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.In a mixing bowl, combine slaw, sweet chili sauce (to taste), 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Gently stir until combined.To serve, top with Sriracha (to taste) and sweet chili slaw. Bon appétit!
