Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine noodles, snow peas, and garlic sesame sauce in provided tray. -
Add the Steak Strips
Separate steak strips and pat dry. Place on steak strips on noodles. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt, a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil.

Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine. Garnish with peanuts and Sriracha (to taste). Bon appétit!
