Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 22-25 minutes.

1 Start the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.Add potatoes and cream cheese to provided tray and stir vigorously to combine. Push to one side. Add broccoli to now-empty side. Top with half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatballs). Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli starts to soften, 12-15 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, and remaining garlic salt. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.
After 12-15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Push potatoes to one corner of tray and top with bacon. Push broccoli to corner next to potatoes. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, garlic pepper, and 1 Tbsp. water. Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top meatballs with sauce and garnish broccoli with lemon juice (to taste). Bon appétit!
