Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. sliced pork, follow same instructions as 10 oz. sliced pork, working in batches if necessary.

If using steak strips, follow same instructions as sliced pork in Steps 1 and 2, stirring occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using diced chicken, pat dry. Follow same instructions as sliced pork in Step 2, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Mince garlic.Pat sliced pork dry and coarsely chop. -
2 Make the Topping
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 3 minutes.
Add sliced pork. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.Add garlic, softened cream cheese, and 1/4 cup water. Stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture has slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.Stir in half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping) and 1/4 tsp. salt. Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, bake flatbreads. -
3 Bake the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads directly on oven rack in hot oven and bake until flatbread edges are brown and crispy, 5-7 minutes.

4 Melt the Cheese
Carefully remove flatbreads from oven and place on prepared baking sheet. Add topping, then mozzarella.
Bake again in hot oven until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.Top baked flatbreads with remaining Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). -
5 Finish the Dish
