Customize It Instructions

  • If using 20 oz. sliced pork, follow same instructions as 10 oz. sliced pork, working in batches if necessary.

  • If using steak strips, follow same instructions as sliced pork in Steps 1 and 2, stirring occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

  • If using diced chicken, pat dry. Follow same instructions as sliced pork in Step 2, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Mince garlic.

Pat sliced pork dry and coarsely chop.

  2. 2

    Make the Topping

Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally, 3 minutes.

Add sliced pork. Stir occasionally until browned and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

Add garlic, softened cream cheese, and 1/4 cup water. Stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture has slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.

Stir in half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping) and 1/4 tsp. salt. Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.

    While pork cooks, bake flatbreads.

  3. 3

    Bake the Flatbreads

Place flatbreads directly on oven rack in hot oven and bake until flatbread edges are brown and crispy, 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Carefully remove flatbreads from oven and place on prepared baking sheet. Add topping, then mozzarella.

Bake again in hot oven until cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.

Top baked flatbreads with remaining Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste).

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
