To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare Ingredients and Make Garlic Butter
Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1" dice.
Halve roll lengthwise.Peel and mince shallot.Mince garlic.Combine garlic and softened plain butter in a mixing bowl. Set aside. -
2 Toast the Garlic Bread
Spread garlic butter on cut-side of roll halves. Place on prepared baking sheet, cut-side up.
Toast in hot oven until golden-brown, 10-12 minutes.While garlic bread toasts, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Gnocchi
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.Add gnocchi to hot pan and stir occasionally until tender and golden-brown, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer gnocchi to towel-lined plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
4 Make the Sauce
Return pan used to cook gnocchi to medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. olive oil, bell peppers, and shallots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until shallots are softened, 3-5 minutes.
Stir in 1/3 cup water, mirepoix base, herb butter (to taste), softened cream cheese, and a pinch of pepper. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir occasionally until thick and creamy, 1-2 minutes.Gently stir in gnocchi until coated. If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing gnocchi with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
