Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Peel carrot, if desired. Trim and cut into 1/4" slices on an angle. If carrot is larger than 1" in diameter, halve before slicing.

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chimichurri seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Form turkey mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.

  2. 2

    Roast the Carrots and Meatloaves

Place carrots on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, za'atar seasoning, and garlic salt. Push carrots to one side of sheet and spread into an even layer.

Place meatloaves on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil.

Roast in hot oven until carrots are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

While meatloaves and carrots roast, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Heat the Couscous

Place couscous in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.

Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in softened butter, 2 Tbsp. water, and 1/4 tsp. salt until combined.

    While couscous heats, continue recipe.

  4. 4

Prepare Dill, Make Crema, and Finish Dish

    Stem dill.

In another mixing bowl, combine dressing and creme fraiche.

To serve, top meatloaf with crema and dill. Slice meatloaf, if desired. Garnish couscous and carrots with cheese. Bon appétit!
