Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Chicken 165° F |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Place broccoli, seasoned salt, ginger, and 1 tsp olive oil in provided bag. Gently shake to combine.

    Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Grill The Chicken and Sides

    Place vegetable bag on hot grill, and cook, 15 minutes. Do not cover grill.

    Place chicken on grill and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes per side.

    Finish The Dish

    Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out vegetables to serve.
