Customize It Instructions

  • If using 20 oz. ground pork, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground pork, working in batches, if necessary.

  • If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, breaking up until no pink remains and turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 7-9 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground pork in Step 2, breaking up until burger is heated through, 4-6 minutes.

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Cut green beans into 1" pieces.

    Coarsely crush crackers.

  2. 2

    Start the Chowder

Place a medium pot over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add ground pork, green beans, carrot and celery blend, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to hot pot.

Stir occasionally, breaking up pork, until vegetables begin to soften and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 6-8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Finish the Chowder

Add flour to hot pot and stir until no dry flour remains.

Stir in 11/2 cups water, demi-glace, corn, cream cheese, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Bring to a simmer, stirring often.

Once simmering, stir until cream cheese is fully incorporated and broth has thickened, 4-6 minutes.

Remove from burner and stir in butter.

  4. 4

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chowder with sour cream and crushed crackers. Bon appétit!
