To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Start the Mushrooms
In provided tray, combine mushrooms and 1 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil into mushrooms. Spread into a single layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until mushrooms are tender, 6-8 minutes.While mushrooms bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Rice and Salmon
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
Pat salmon dry. Season flesh side with garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging. After 6-8 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution.Stir in rice, mushroom base, white portions of green onions, minced garlic and parsley, and garlic salt until combined. Push rice mixture to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Evenly top with 2/3 the butter (reserve remaining for glaze).Place salmon, skin-side down, in empty side of tray and evenly top with half the honey (reserve remaining for glaze).Cover rice mixture side with foil. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Glaze
Bake half-covered (rice mixture covered, salmon uncovered) in hot oven until rice is heated through and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 16-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, place remaining butter in a microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until melted, 10-20 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in remaining honey and balsamic glaze until combined. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover rice mixture and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top salmon with glaze and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
