Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, corn, 1/2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. -
2 Add the Biscuits and Pork Chops
Top vegetables with biscuits and sprinkle biscuits with Parmesan.
Place pork chops in empty side of tray and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.If using chicken, filets mignon, or sirloin steaks, follow same instructions. -
3 Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-22 minutes.
If using filets mignon, or sirloin steaks, follow same instructions. If using chicken, bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutesCarefully remove from oven. Rest dish, 5 minutes. Remove pork and biscuits to a plate and top pork evenly with butter and honey. Add cream cheese to tray and stir to combine. Bon appétit!
