Before You Cook

    cook the chicken

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add diced chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. Stir in butter sauce and ¼ cup water.

    cook the naan

    place naan on prepared baking sheet.brush with garlic oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. place under broiler 2-3 minutes.

    warm the rice

    rice in a bowl with 2 Tbsp. water, covered with a damp paper towel. Microwave 2 minutes.
