Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Meatlovers! If using protein, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil.

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/2" dice.
Cut yukon potatoes into 1/2" dice.Place both potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tender, 4-6 minutes.While potatoes microwave, finely crush crispy onions in shipping bag. -
2 Toast the Breadcrumbs
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add panko and crispy onions to hot pan. Stir occasionally until panko is toasted, 1-2 minutes.Transfer breadcrumbs to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
3 Start the Gnocchi
Line another plate with a paper towel.
Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and gnocchi to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender and golden-brown, 5-7 minutes.Remove from burner.Transfer gnocchi to towel-lined plate. -
4 Finish Gnocchi and Finish Dish
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add both potatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until potatoes are browned, 4-6 minutes.Add cream base, mushroom base, and 1/2 cup water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir in garlic salt, a pinch of pepper, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined, 1-2 minutes.Add gnocchi and butter (to taste). Stir occasionally until butter is melted and gnocchi is coated, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping gnocchi with toasted breadcrumbs. Garnish with remaining cheese. Bon appétit!
