Prepare your ingredients, place them in the cooker, and then live your best life for hours and hours, while the scrumptiousness builds and your dinner slowly cooks. Plus, we're giving you enough for leftovers. Groovy.

You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
Seafood 145° F |
Chicken 165° F |
Ground Beef 160° F |
Ground Turkey 165° F |
Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Meatballs
Combine ground beef, panko, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for slow cooker), mayonnaise, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), ½ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl.
Divide meat mixture into about 16 ping pong ball-sized meatballs.
Cook the Meal
Place slow cooker liner in slow cooker, if desired. Fold top edges in before putting on lid.
Add mirepoix blend, chicken base, remaining seasoning blend, garlic salt, crushed tomato, and 5 cups water to slow cooker and stir to combine. Top with meatballs.
Turn slow cooker on to low heat. Cover, and cook until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-5 hours.
Cook the Pasta
With 30 minutes remaining, add pasta to slow cooker.
Stir to combine and cook until al dente, 30 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Stir again before serving.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping soup with remaining Parmesan. Bon appétit!
