    medium pot, 2 t oil, medium high heat add sausage brown 2-3 minutes, stir cook 2 minutes add onions, peppers, seasoning blend and okra, sweat for 2-3 minutes, stirring add potatoes, 1 ½ c water and cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15-17 minutes at a simmer until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally

    425 degree oven, while chowder cooks place halved ciabatta on prepared baking tray drizzle with garlic oil, bake 4 minutes, remove add cheese and bake another 4-5 until cheese melts and starts to brown

    finishing chowder

    once the potatoes are tender, remove from heat and add sour cream, stir until creamy
