add onions, peppers, seasoning blend and okra, sweat for 2-3 minutes, stirringadd potatoes, 1 1/2 c water and cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15-17 minutes at a simmer until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally -

425 degree oven, while chowder cooks
place halved ciabatta on prepared baking traydrizzle with garlic oil, bake 4 minutes, remove add cheese and bake another 4-5 until cheese melts and starts to brown -
finishing chowder
once the potatoes are tender, remove from heat and add sour cream, stir until creamy
