1 Prep
Rough chop peanuts
Cut carrots on bias into chunks -
2 Cook Pork
In a medium nonstick pan over medium heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Sprinkle .25 tsp of salt and a pinch of pepper. Cook pork chops until done, 5-7 minutes of each side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

3 Cook Vegetables
In the same pan over medium high heat, add 1 tsp olive oil. Cook carrots for 3-4 minutes. Add snap peas and seasoning. Cook until tender. Transfer to a plate. Wipe pan clean.

4 Make Sauce
In the same pan over medium heat, add butter and sauce and stir to combine.
