Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Cook Green Beans and Add Chicken
Combine green beans and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Gently push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with seasoning rub.Place chicken in empty side of tray. Top evenly with mayonnaise, mushrooms, a pinch of pepper, then cheese. -
Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Top green beans with dressing and crispy onions. Halve pear lengthwise, core, and cut into 1/8" slices. Serve pear on the side. Bon appétit!
