If using ground turkey, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a damp paper towel.Microwave covered until tender, 6-8 minutes.While potatoes microwave, hold romaine heart at root end and thinly slice. Carefully remove from microwave. -
2 Form the Patties
Form ground beef into four equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with seasoned salt.

3 Toast Rolls and Cook Patties
Separate rolls and spray cut-sides with cooking spray.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat.Add rolls, cut-side down, to hot, dry pan.Toast until slightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Transfer rolls to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat; no need to wipe clean.Add patties to hot, dry pan. Cook until slightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Top patties with cheese. Cover until melted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner.While rolls toast and patties cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook Potatoes and Finish Dish
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 4 tsp. olive oil.
Add potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 8-10 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in garlic pepper and 1/4 tsp. salt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with patty, pickles, romaine, dressing, then top roll. Bon appétit!
