Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Core tomatoes and cut into 1/4" dice.Pat trout dry. Season flesh side with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
2 Start the Vegetables
Place green beans on 1/3 of prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Place tomatoes in center of sheet and spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until green beans are bright green, 7-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
3 Finish the Vegetables and Trout
Place trout on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil.
Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender and trout reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While vegetables and trout roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make the Rice Pilaf
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in chicken base, lemon n herb seasoning, a pinch of salt, and almonds until combined. Fluff rice with a fork. -
5 Make Bruschetta and Finish Dish
Transfer tomatoes to a heat-safe mixing bowl. Tomatoes will be hot! Use a utensil.
Stir in softened butter until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping trout with bruschetta. Bon appétit!
