Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Place pasta and 2 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until slightly tender, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Drain shrimp and pat dry. Stir in Alfredo sauce, spinach, half the cheese (reserve remaining for after cooking), and shrimp. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until spinach is wilted and dish is heated through, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Halve lemon. Stir in créme fraîche and remaining cheese. To serve, squeeze lemon half over to taste and garnish with crispy red peppers. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain shrimp and pat dry. Combine pasta, 2 Tbsp. water, half the cheese (reserve remaining for after cooking), and Alfredo sauce in provided tray. Top with spinach and shrimp. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and dish is heated through, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Halve lemon. Stir in créme fraîche and remaining cheese. To serve, squeeze lemon half over to taste and garnish with crispy red peppers. Bon appétit!
