    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Microwave chicken and wheat berries until warm, 2-3 minutes. Drain artichoke hearts. Toss chicken, wheat berries, artichoke hearts and spinach with dressing. Garnish with croutons and feta. Bon appétit!
