Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into 1” pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.

  • If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary, and break up into smaller pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.

  • If using Beyond Sausage, crumble into bite-sized pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 23-25 minutes. Vegetarian sausage will not brown.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine couscous, zucchini, marinara, half the seasoning blend (remaining is yours to do as you please!), 2 tsp. olive oil, and ¼ tsp. salt in provided tray.

    Add the Shrimp

    Pat shrimp dry. Gently stir shrimp into couscous.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 23-25 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in garlic and herb butter until combined. Top with lemon jucie and feta (crumbling with your hands if needed). Bon appétit!
