If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Add chicken to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Stir occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Add shrimp to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Pat sliced pork dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.
Combine pepper and onion mix, pork, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Bake Meal and Heat Flatbreads
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Place flatbreads directly on oven rack. Bake in hot oven until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray and flatbreads from oven. Rest pork, 3 minutes.While pork mixture and flatbreads bake, continue recipe. -
3 Make Crema and Finish Meal
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and buttermilk-dill seasoning.
To serve, fill flatbreads with pork mixture, cheese, and crema. Bon appétit!
