Cooking Guidelines

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim ends off green beans. Season ground beef with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper and form into eight meatballs, about the size of ping-pong balls.

2 Cook the Meatballs
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Place meatballs in hot pan and stir occasionally until browned all over, 2-3 minutes.

3 Cook the Green Beans
Add green beans to pan. Stir occasionally until beans are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

4 Finish the Dish
Stir in sauce, brown sugar, rice, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Stir until combined, 1-2 minutes. Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
