  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" strips.

Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.

  2. 2

    Cook the Turkey Mixture

Place a large pot over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add ground turkey, bell peppers, half the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for noodles), and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pot. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.

While turkey mixture cooks, continue recipe.

  3. 3

    Make the Peanut Sauce

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste), peanut butter, and 1/2 cup water. Cover with a damp paper towel.

Microwave covered until peanut butter melts, 30-60 seconds.

Carefully remove peanut sauce from microwave and stir vigorously until combined. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Add the Noodles and Sauce

Add carrots and minced garlic and parsley to hot pot and stir occasionally until slightly tender, 2-4 minutes.

Add noodles, peanut sauce (to taste), remaining Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), and white portions of green onions. Stir often until noodles are coated and heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodle mixture with fried rice noodles and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
