Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Start the Vegetables
Cut potatoes into 1/4" wedges and pat dry.
Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, Italian seasoning, a pinch of salt, and half the seasoned salt (reserve remaining for green beans). Spread into an even layer. Roast in hot oven, 20 minutes.While wedges roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt. -
3 Add the Green Beans and Chicken
After 20 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and push potato wedges to 1/3 of sheet.
Add green beans to center of sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic and parsley seasoning, a pinch of salt, and remaining seasoned salt.Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
4 Finish the Vegetables and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until potato wedges have browned, green beans are tender, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While vegetables and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
5 Make Glaze and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cranberry sauce, peach preserves, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and 1 Tbsp. butter.
Microwave uncovered until butter is melted, 15-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with glaze. Slice chicken, if desired. Kids not a fan of cranberry? Serve glaze on the side, if desired. Garnish green beans with almonds. Bon appétit!
