We can't turn back time, but we can give you this simple weeknight dinner, so you have more time to listen to the radio. (Well, podcast.) Chicken coated in pretzel breading is baked next to broccoli topped with cheese. Honey mustard sauce whipped up in a bowl makes the perfect dipping for the crunchy chicken. Everything cooks on one baking sheet, making fewer dishes and more ease, just like the radio song said. Internet song. Whatever.

If using pork chops, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4, roasting until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 12-14 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

If using salmon, pat dry and season flesh side with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add topping to flesh side of salmon. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2, 3, and 4, roasting until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 13-15 minutes.

If using tilapia, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4, roasting until fish reaches minimum internal temperature, 12-14 minutes.

If using mahi-mahi, pat dry, halve, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2, 3, and 4, roasting until fish reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-14 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Mince garlic.In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch and 2 tsp. water. Set aside.Pat chicken breasts dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Prepare the Chicken
In another mixing bowl, combine pretzel crumble and 1 tsp. olive oil.
Place chicken breasts on one half of prepared baking sheet. Top one side evenly with cornstarch mixture, then pretzel breading-olive oil mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Lightly coat breaded chicken with cooking spray. -
Add the Broccoli
Add broccoli to empty half of baking sheet. Toss with half the garlic (reserve remaining for sauce), 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Spread broccoli into a single layer on its side. -
Roast the Chicken and Broccoli
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 17-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Sprinkle roasted broccoli with cheese. Let melt, 5 minutes.While cheese melts, make sauce -
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine dressing, sour cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste, and add remaining garlic if desired.
