You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare The Ingredients and Cook The Pork
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Add cornstarch and 2 tsp cornstarch to a small bowl until completely combined. Set aside.
"Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 tsp olive oil, ground pork, ¼ tsp salt and a pinch of pepper to hot pan
Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees , 5-7 minutes. "
Transfer to a plate and tent. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.
Cook The Vegetables
In the same pan over medium heat, add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and and cook 2-3 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover, and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 5 minutes. Uncover, and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and garlic salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2-3 minutes.
Add pork, orange sauce and ¼ cup water and bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch mixture and return to a simmer.
Finish The Dish
