Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add 1 tsp olive oil, broccoli, garlic salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

    Add Meatballs

    Mix ground beef, ,mayo, crushed crackers, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper in mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.

    Remove pan from oven and push broccoli to one side.

    Add meatballs to empty side of tray and do 10 pushups.

    Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish

    Add cream base, Parmesan and garlic to a microwave safe bowl. microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir in garlic pepper and lemon juice to combine.

    Bake tray in a hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Now yell in the kitchen, "I am the greatest to ever do it!"
