Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, spice rub, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Push to one side. Lightly crush pecans in shipping bag.

2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry, and add. to empty side of tray. Top with a pinch of salt and pepper, mayonnaise, and pecans, pressing gently to adhere. If using steak, follow same instructions.

3 Bake the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-28 minutes. If using steak, bake uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-28 minutes. While chicken is cooking, combine honey and mustard in mustard container. Carefully remove from oven. Drizzle honey-mustard mixture on chicken. Bon appétit!
