To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Assemble the Vegetables
Combine tomatoes, zucchini, 2 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Push to one side and evenly top with panko and half the cheese (reserve remaining for chicken). If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.

2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry. Place chicken in empty half of tray.
Evenly top chicken with remaining cheese. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven.To serve, top chicken with dressing and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
