1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place diced peppers and 1/4 tsp. salt in provided tray.Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until diced peppers are tender, 5-8 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add spinach and top with pasta, cream cheese, marinara, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt. Top with shredded cheese (reserve a pinch for garnish). Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Microwave again uncovered until pepperoni is hot and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine, then top with reserved cheese. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
